Is the teacher training registered with the Yoga Alliance?

Our teacher training is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. You will be eligible to apply through the YA to become a RYT 500 after completion of the entire 12-month training program. Please note that completion of the 12-month, 500-hour training does not automatically register you with the Yoga Alliance. You must apply and register with them after you have received your certificate and pay the applicable fees as is standard with other yoga teacher trainings. To be clear: Modo Yoga holds an RYS 500 designation only. This means you must complete the full 500-hour certification (one-month intensive + the 11-month Distance Learning Program) to register with them using the Modo Yoga Teacher Training as your completed training; Yoga Alliance will not accept the 300-hour certificate issued at the end of the one-month intensive.
