Training runs 6 days/week for four weeks, with three days off over the course of the month. Each day begins at 6:30am and ends at 7pm. There are two asana practices each day (one 90min, one 60min). Lectures and subjects vary on a daily basis. Trainees must attend every asana practice and lecture, no exceptions!
