The benefits of having a hot yoga practice are widespread; we often hear students tell stories about the incredible ways that yoga has transformed their health. In general though, you can expect to detoxify the tissues of your body, build strength, flexibility and tone, improved your breathing and mental focus, and develop a greater ability to slip into relaxation mode!
