The original Modo series acts as a framework for this class while more advanced postures and sequencing give it a challenging and dynamic flavour. Expect more meditation and pranayama (breath work), longer holds, advanced concepts and a longer final Savasana (at least 10 minutes at the end of class!). Some previous yoga and meditation experience is recommended in order to get the most out of this class. Beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the original Modo series first, but are, of course, welcome to come, do what you're able to, and be inspired by what's currently beyond your practice :)
